Dr. Pitts is a wonderful dentist. He is very kid/adult friendly and explains in detail every situation. He enjoys knowing his patients are getting the best treatment they can possibly receive. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Dr. Pitts and his staff are excellent! I have always enjoyed my experience here. The office is very clean and inviting, and they make you feel at home when you visit. Everyone from the hygienist, to the lady at the front desk are all great. They will even send your text reminders about your upcoming appointments. I would recommend Dr. Pitts to anyone.

I am new in town and had a toothache. I called on a Monday and got the first available Wednesday morning appointment. I was ok with that as the pain was manageable and I really wanted to find a local dentist. On Tuesday around 2 in the afternoon I received a call asking if I was available to come then as they had a cancellation. I was there in 20 minutes and in the chair 15 minutes later. The team and Dr. "Jimmy" were fantastic. I cannot say enough about their establishment; from the friendly, clean, and professional (with just the perfect amount of light humor) office to the quality of care and caring. Assuming they'll have me, I am a patient for life.

Dentistry has always been a terror for me, but this office has changed my opinion. Friendly personnel make it easy to smile when you leave.
